A raw material–based production system with distinct roles for each site
The Jellice Group has established a global production system in which each site is responsible for specific raw materials, ensuring the optimal supply of gelatin and collagen products. For example, porcine and fish skins are processed in Taiwan, bovine bones in India, and porcine skins in the Netherlands. By clearly separating production by raw material type, we minimize the risk of cross-contamination throughout the manufacturing process.
